We are looking for a skilled and reliable .NET Developer to join our growing development team in India and work across multiple Varistha projects.

Role Overview

As a .NET Developer at Varistha, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle—designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting high - quality applications.You will work across different client and internal projects, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and project managers.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable working on multiple systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core
2. Build and consume RESTful APIs
3. Work with ASP.NET MVC / Web API
4. Develop and optimise SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
5. Collaborate with front-end developers (Angular / HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
6. Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
7. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
8. Work on multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
9. Contribute to system improvements, performance optimisation, and scalability
10. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing applications

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core
2. Strong experience with C#
3. Solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC / Web API
4. Strong experience with SQL Server
5. Understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
6. Experience working with REST APIs
7. Familiarity with Git / version control
8. Ability to work independently in a remote setup
9. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
10. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable Skills(Nice to Have)

1. Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks
2. Exposure to Azure (App Services, SQL, Storage, etc.)
3. Experience with SaaS platforms
4. Knowledge of performance optimisation and security best practices
5. Experience working on multi-tenant systems
